The report query for Federally Qualified Health Centers was resulting in “No Data” for those KP service areas and regions outside of California. The corrected query returns data for all service areas and regions.
Correction made to reported race/ethnicity breakouts for Infant Mortality indicator.
When selecting multiple report areas, county-level data for race/ethnicity breakouts of the Infant Mortality indicator were incorrect. The error has been corrected. Race/ethnicity figures for states, the US, and aggregated county-level areas are correct and remain unchanged.
