New maps and data are now available for the Recent Primary Care Visit (annual checkup for adults) indicator from the BRFSS PLACES dataset as released in 2022. Data have been updated for the 2020 reporting period, replacing data for 2019.

Stroke Hospitalizations

New maps and data now are available for the Stroke Hospitalizations indicator. Data have been updated for the 2017-2019 reporting period, replacing data for 2016-2018.

Heart Disease Hospitalizations

New maps and data now are available for the Coronary Heart Disease Hospitalizations indicator. Data have been updated for the 2017-2019 reporting period, replacing data for 2016-2018. Trends over time now available for three-year periods beginning with 2011-2013.

New maps and data now available for the Absolute Threshold Heat Index Days from the CDC National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network, 2022.

Data have been updated from 2011 annual count via CDC WONDER to 2019-21 three-year average count via CDC National Environmental Public Health. Maps are updated accordingly to reflect this change. We made this change because the old version has not been updated since 2011. Note that the new report fields are different than the previous report.
