In the original source data, when reported as a county level value, the chlamydia incidence rate for Washingtonm, DC is recorded as 0.30. When reported at the state level, the value for Washingtonm, DC is recorded as 814.3. The platform now uses the state-level values for all areas including Washington, DC.
