HP2020 values were removed from the Breast Cancer Incidence indicator table. HP2020 objective reports a benchmark of 42.1 for late-stage breast cancer. The CHNA platform indicator reports incidence rates of all breast cancer, and thus should not be compared to HP2020 objectives.
County-level data for ethnicity alone breakouts of the Children in Poverty indicator were incorrect. The error has been corrected. Figures for multi-county report areas, states, and the total US are remain unchanged.
A correction has been made to the reported service area values for the Reading Below Proficiency (CA) indicator.
