New maps and data now available for 4 indicators from the 2012 US Census Bureau’s County Business Patterns (replacing data for 2011). Annual data depicting trends over time is now available for counties, states, and the US for 2008 through 2012. Affected indicators:

HP2020 values were removed from the Breast Cancer Incidence indicator table. HP2020 objective reports a benchmark of 42.1 for late-stage breast cancer. The CHNA platform indicator reports incidence rates of all breast cancer, and thus should not be compared to HP2020 objectives.

County-level data for ethnicity alone breakouts of the Children in Poverty indicator were incorrect. The error has been corrected. Figures for multi-county report areas, states, and the total US are remain unchanged.

A correction has been made to the reported service area values for the Reading Below Proficiency (CA) indicator.

New 5-year estimates for 2006-2010 acquired from the HRSA Area Health Resources File (AHRF) (replacing estimates from the CDC for 2003-2009). Indicator data now available for all counties with over 10 births during the report period. Data available broken out by race/ethnicity for states and the US only. Affected indicators:

Detailed tables have been added to the Population with Limited English Proficiency indicator. Five breakout tables are now available which display the proportion of the LEP population speaking each of 38 different languages at home.

New 7-year estimates for 2006-2012 acquired from the CDC National Vital Statistics System (replacing 7-year estimates for 2003-2009). Indicator data now available broken out by race/ethnicity; trends over time now available for time periods 2002-2008 through 2006-2012. Affected indicators:
