PRISM 30-Year Average Minimum Temperature, 1981 – 2010
This layer depicts average annual minimum(low) temperature based on data from 1981 to 2010. Data was obtained from the PRISM Climate Group at Oregon State University. PRISM models climate information using a process which incorporates a digital elevation model. Monthly average data is also available.

Opportunity Data – Labor Market Index
The labor-market engagement index provides a summary description of the relative intensity of labor market engagement and human capital in a neighborhood. This is based upon the level of employment, labor force participation, and educational attainment in a census tract.
Opportunity Data – School Proficiency Index
The school proficiency index uses school-level data on the performance of 4th grade students on state exams to describe which neighborhoods have high-performing elementary schools nearby and which are near lower performing elementary schools.
