MoBroadband.org

CARES maintains and curates mobroadband.org (formerly known as the Missouri Broadband Resource Rail) and supports broadband research and projects through data collection, analysis, and mapping. CARES supports the Broadband Needs Assessment, Map Galleries, Digital Asset Map, and the underlying technology for the site. MoBroadband is a project of the Office of Engagement and Extension at the University of Missouri and is governed by the UM Broadband Steering Committee.

Oklahoma Vocational Rehabilitation Portal

The Oklahoma Vocational Rehabilitation Hub supports ETS (employment transition services) specialists in entering data and reporting students’ use of services. Data are aggregated to meet federal reporting requirements and used by staff at the Oklahoma Career Center. Data are stored in secure databases due to sensitive student information.

Recovery Friendly Workplaces Missouri

Missouri’s Recovery Friendly Workplaces program promotes employee safety, health, and well-being by reducing stigma and providing recovery resources related to the challenges surrounding substance use disorders. The Recovery Friendly Workplaces Hub provides resources to employers on how to become a recovery friendly workplace.

CARES COVID-19 Dashboards

CARES hosted a suite of COVID-19 data dashboards at the national, state, and local levels between 2020 and 2023 as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

IACAA Data Hub

CARES provides widgets to the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies to assist local Community Action Agency staff in the development of Community Needs Assessments (CNAs). IACAA hosts CARES Data Tools on the IACAA organizational website. CARES provides access to core indicators for assessing and addressing poverty.

Massachusetts Department of Health

The Massachusetts Population Health Information Tool (PHIT) is a suite of reporting and mapping platforms designed to help visitors find community and state-specific data quickly and easily. With access to over 100 indicators, the Community and State Reporting tools provide access to up-to-date data on social determinants of health, as well as health behaviors, health outcomes, and healthcare delivery. The platform also hosts a resource library and the Massachusetts Map Room.

CARES partnered with the Coalition Against Trafficking and Exploitation (CATE) to develop an interactive and dynamic resource map. The resource map is embedded on the CATE website and updated annually with new information.

Washington State Community Action Partnership

The Washington State Community Action Partnership Data Hub is designed to assist local Community Action Agency staff in the development of Community Needs Assessments (CNAs). The WSCAP Data Hub provides access to core secondary indicators for assessing and addressing poverty. The Hub also provides Washington CAA’s with access to county-level COVID-19 data.
