Population with Income Below 50% of the Federal Poverty Level

Layer displays data about the population living in households with income at of below 50% of the Federal Poverty Level. Data is from the 2008-2012 American Community Survey (ACS) 5-Year estimates and is available at the state, county, place, ZIP Code, and census tract geographic levels.
