The Missouri Ag Intel portal promotes the growth of alternative crops among farmers in the state. This University of Missouri project has created a website to provide tools such as maps to visualize available nearby markets and farms as well as information on how to improve management skills (labor, sales, marketing, etc.) and learn about crop growing requirements (weather, soil type, etc.).
Missouri Community Action Network
The Missouri Community Action Network Data Hub is designed to assist local Community Action Agency staff in the development of Community Needs Assessments (CNAs). Launched in the early 2000’s, Missouri CAN was our first Community Needs Assessment report. The Missouri CAN Data Hub provides access to core secondary indicators for assessing and addressing poverty. The Hub also provides Missouri CAA’s with access to state-sourced data and a full Map Room.
Missouri Foundation for Health
The Missouri Foundation for Health (MFH) Resource Data Tool is a targeted online assessment and data exploration tool. This tool is restricted for use by staff at the Missouri Foundation for Health.
National Community Action Partnership
The National Community Action Partnership Hub provides Community Action Agencies around the country with access to reliable, standardized data for their Community Needs Assessment and reporting requirements. Hosting a custom CNA, full Map Room, and a specialized Housing Report, the National CAP Hub is a trusted resource for assessing and addressing issues related to poverty.
SNAPEd National Report
The SNAPEd National report provides data related to SNAP eligibility, SNAP participation, income and poverty levels, and other social determinants of health data.
NYSCAA Community Action Resource Guide
ExploreTNHealth
ExploreTNHealth was launched in 2019 in partnership with the Missouri Hospital Association. ExploreTNHealth provides zip-code level rankings across major health behaviors and health outcomes in the state.

Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center Data Hub
In 2018, the Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center and Mercer University partnered with CARES to provide the state of Georgia and its public health entities with a custom community health needs assessment (CHNA), Map Room, and a Health Asset Finder. These tools were all launched as widgets, or embeddable tools, and can be found on at https://georgiaruralhealth.org
