Layer displays information about the incidence of chlamydia among the US population in 2012. The data are from the Sexually Transmitted Diseases Surveillance System (STDSS), released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in January 2014.
Uninsured Population by County
Layer displays information about the insurance status of the population age 0-64. The data are from the 2012 Small Area Health Insurance Estimates, released by the US Census Bureau in March 2014.

Children Overweight or Obese by BMI
Data layer displays information about student performance on Body Composition component of the FitnessGram® physical fitness test. Body Composition is assessed using student Body Mass Index (BMI). Data is available for select states (CA, GA, NY, TX, WV), and displays the percentage and total number of students who are overweight or obese (not in the Healthy Fitness Zone).

Layers display 2011-2012 health risk behavior estimates using data from the CDC Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System. Data is available for all states, and for counties with over 20 total survey responses over the reporting period. Children with Over 4 Hours of Screen Time per Day
This layer displays the percentage of children age 0 – 17 whose parents report that they spend more than 4 hours per day, on average, watching television or playing video games.
