The Inland Northwest Insights Hub was active between 2018 and 2022. It was a collaborative effort between regional grantmaking foundations, community health experts and social service providers that serve counties throughout the Inland Northwest. The Hub was supported by contributions from the Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation, Syringa Hospital, Idaho Community Foundation, and Innovia Foundation.

The Washington State Community Action Partnership Data Hub is designed to assist local Community Action Agency staff in the development of Community Needs Assessments (CNAs). The WSCAP Data Hub provides access to core secondary indicators for assessing and addressing poverty. The Hub also provides Washington CAA’s with access to county-level COVID-19 data.
The Missouri Community Action Network Data Hub is designed to assist local Community Action Agency staff in the development of Community Needs Assessments (CNAs). Launched in the early 2000’s, Missouri CAN was our first Community Needs Assessment report. The Missouri CAN Data Hub provides access to core secondary indicators for assessing and addressing poverty. The Hub also provides Missouri CAA’s with access to state-sourced data and a full Map Room.
The National Community Action Partnership Hub provides Community Action Agencies around the country with access to reliable, standardized data for their Community Needs Assessment and reporting requirements. Hosting a custom CNA, full Map Room, and a specialized Housing Report, the National CAP Hub is a trusted resource for assessing and addressing issues related to poverty.

The NYSCAA Data Hub provides access to core secondary indicators for assessing and addressing poverty. The Hub also provides New York CAAs with access to county-level poverty reports and state-sourced data..
