This layer displays the locations of all primary care physicians who accept Medicare. Primary care physicians are those MDs or DOs specializing in family practice, general practice, pediatric medicine, or internal medicine. Data are from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Physician and Other Supplier 2012 Public Use File (PUF), which was released in April 2014, and from the 2013 CMS Physician Compare National Downloadable File.

This layer displays the percentage of patients who came to the emergency department with stroke symptoms who received brain scan results within 45 minutes of arrival.
